Checks Before Booking
An early-stage purchase rests on the paperwork and the payment schedule. These are the points to settle in writing before signing:
- The tower, floor and facing, with the carpet area of the exact unit
- An itemised cost sheet with GST, parking, deposits and floor rise
- The construction-linked payment schedule and the delay compensation clause
- The title documents and the sanctioned plan, read by an independent lawyer
