Buying from INDIS in Hyderabad gives you all three home types under one name: apartments, villas and plots. Its apartment work includes INDIS VIVA City in Kondapur and INDIS PBEL City in Peerancheruvu, with 2 and 3 BHK homes from about Rs. 87 Lakhs to Rs. 1.11 Crore. Villa buyers can look at Myra Villas in Kompally and Amara in Kandlakoya, 4 BHK projects still under construction.

The record mixes finished and ongoing work. VIVA City, with 1,000 homes, was handed over from December 2023, and the Springdale villa-plot layout in Maheswaram is complete. PBEL City was the company's first project, and its first tower was handed over in 2011. INDIS says it has around 7,000 customers and builds with shear-wall construction, which it markets as engineered homes. Several of its project companies once traded under the Incor name.

For the villa projects still being built, check the Telangana RERA registration and completion date, since the listings here give no possession date. At Amara, confirm which plot size you are getting, 400 or 500 sq yd, as it changes the price. For completed homes, ask for the occupancy certificate. For a Springdale plot, check the layout approval, title and encumbrance record before paying.

The apartment projects suit salaried families wanting a 2 or 3 BHK. An ongoing Miyapur apartment project adds 3 and 4 BHK plans in east-facing and west-facing versions. The 4 BHK villas suit larger households with a bigger budget, and Springdale suits buyers who would rather build their own house. Because the range is so wide, decide on the home type first, then compare the INDIS options within it on location, stage and price.
