Buying from NCC Urban in Bangalore means choosing between apartments, villas and plots in different parts of the city. Yelahanka is its main address, with NCC Urban Mayfair and NCC Urban Park View apartments and the NCC Urban Misty Woods villas. NCC Urban Lake Springs in JP Nagar and NCC Urban Retreat Villas on Hennur Road are still being built. NCC Green Province on Sarjapura Road is a plotted layout.

The company is headquartered in Hyderabad and is part of NCC Limited, a construction group, so Bangalore is one of several cities it builds in. Its finished work here is spread over several years: Misty Woods was handed over in November 2019, Mayfair from August 2021 and Park View from September 2023. Green Province is also complete, with 178 plots on about 22 acres. Lake Springs and Retreat Villas are both due from June 2028.

For the ongoing projects, ask for the RERA registration and compare its completion date with the brochure. Visit a finished Yelahanka community to judge build quality before booking at Lake Springs or Retreat Villas. For Green Province, confirm the layout approval and khata status of the plot, and whether the listed plot sizes come with a villa design. On any project, get a written cost sheet showing parking and statutory charges.

The price spread is wide. Mayfair starts at about Rs. 1.03 Crore and Park View at about Rs. 1.1 Crore, both for 2 BHK and 3 BHK homes. Lake Springs is listed from about Rs. 1.92 Crore for 3 BHK and 3.5 BHK lake and garden view homes. Retreat Villas starts near Rs. 5.59 Crore and Misty Woods near Rs. 8.12 Crore. The Yelahanka flats suit families moving up, and the villas suit buyers wanting an independent home.
