Properties in Huskur

Would you rather live beside your office in Electronic City, or a little further out where the same money buys a newer home? Huskur answers the second question. It is a former village in the South zone of Bangalore, off Hosur Road, surrounded by the technology campuses and industrial estates of the southern belt. People shortlist Huskur because it keeps them within commuting range of those employers while asking less than Electronic City proper.

The homes on offer are new apartments aimed at the upper-middle budget. Both projects we list come from Goyal & Co. Orchid South Park is under construction on about 3.5 acres with 356 units, offering 2 BHK and 3 BHK layouts, the larger ones in two-bath and three-bath versions. Its prices start from about Rs. 1.51 Cr. A second Goyal & Co apartment project is at the pre-launch stage on about 4 acres with 350 units, with prices from about Rs. 1.44 Cr in similar layouts. Both list possession from December 2030 onwards, so plan for a wait of four years or more.

Getting around is mostly a matter of Hosur Road, which links Huskur to Electronic City and onward to the rest of the southern job cluster. We cannot point you to a confirmed metro stop for Huskur, so test the bus connections and the last stretch to your office yourself. A drive during the morning rush is the fairest test of what the commute will cost you each day.

The area is still filling in, which cuts both ways. You may be buying early in a locality that improves, but daily needs such as schools, hospitals and larger shops may mean a drive for some years. With possession so far away, read the payment plan and the penalty for delay closely, and check that each project is registered with RERA. Ask where water will come from and whether the approach road is a public road or a private access.
