Looking for a large, finished home in one of Bangalore's older residential districts? Malleshwaram is where that search often goes. Apartments in Malleshwaram come up mostly as completed luxury buildings, which suits buyers who want to see the finished product before they pay.

Inspect the flat for wear, since the older of the two buildings has been occupied for several years. Compare asking prices with recent resale deals in the same building, and ask how water is supplied through the summer.
