Buying from Mana Projects in Bangalore mostly means buying on Sarjapura Road, where nearly all of its homes on our listings are clustered. The spread runs from ready homes at Mana Capitol to the new launch Mana The Right Life, a 100-acre township on Varthur Sarjapur Road. Away from that stretch, Mana Verdant in Jakkur and Mana Sarjapur Orchards in Kodathi add two more addresses. Most of the stock is apartments, with a small villa phase at Mana Daintree.

The company has been building since 2000 and is based in Bengaluru. Its record on our pages mixes finished and unfinished work: Mana Foresta is completed, Capitol and Verdant are marked ready to move, and several others are still being built. Mana Cresta, Mana Dale, Mana Jardin Neo and Mana Verdant Terraces are ongoing, with possession dates running from 2028 to 2032. The Right Life is the furthest out, listed with possession from 2035.

Because so much of the list is under construction, the RERA registration for each tower or phase matters more than the brand. Compare the possession date in the RERA record with the one in the sales brochure, and ask how Foresta was handed over against its own promised date. For large towers such as Dale, ask which phase your unit falls in. Always get a written cost sheet, since a quoted base price leaves out parking, club membership and statutory charges.

Prices on our listings start at about Rs. 94.8 Lakhs for 2 BHK and 3 BHK homes at Mana Verdant and go up to about Rs. 3.43 Crore at Jardin Neo, where the plans reach 4 BHK and 5 BHK penthouses. The Daintree villas are listed from about Rs. 3.4 Crore. That range suits first-time 2 BHK buyers, families moving to 3 BHK, and buyers set on a penthouse or villa.
