Buying from DNR Group in Bangalore mostly means an apartment in the east, with a few newer sites elsewhere. Bellandur, Whitefield, Mahadevapura and Koramangala hold most of its finished homes. The newer work has moved to Rajajinagar in the west, Hennur Road in the north and a plotted layout at Devanahalli.

The Bengaluru-based builder is backed by the pharmaceutical company Micro Labs, and most of its projects in our records are complete. DNR Atmosphere in Whitefield was handed over in 2016, and DNR Arista in Bellandur from December 2024. The finished projects are mid-sized, generally between about 2 and 4.5 acres, which keeps the communities manageable. Visiting a finished DNR building before you book is the simplest way to judge its construction and upkeep.

The current launches deserve the closest look. DNR Parklink on Hennur Road lists possession from December 2027, on a site of about 8.35 acres with 784 homes. DNR Highline in Rajajinagar is marked ready to move, yet possession is also listed from October 2026, so ask which towers are finished. Check the Karnataka RERA number for your phase, match the possession date in your agreement, and ask for a full cost sheet. Prices in our records run from about Rs. 79 Lakhs for a plot at Devanahalli to about Rs. 3.45 Crore for a large home at Highline. The 2 and 3 BHK homes on Hennur Road and in Mahadevapura suit young families, while the 4 and 5 BHK duplexes in Rajajinagar suit buyers moving up. Buyers who would rather build their own house can look at Devanahalli, where plot sizes run from 30 x 40 to 40 x 50.
