Buying from KNS Infra in Bangalore means buying land, not a flat. Every KNS Infra project on our listings is a plotted layout, spread across Mysore Road, Kengeri, Tumkur Road, Yelahanka, Sarjapura Road, Rampura and Marathahalli.

The company was founded in 2007 by K. N. Surendra and also works in Mysuru. Its Bangalore record shows every stage. KNS Laurel Plots on Sarjapura Road and KNS Billore Plots in Yelahanka are completed. KNS Amora Plots on Mysore Road is ready. KNS Ananta in Kengeri and KNS Samooha on Tumkur Road are under way, and KNS Sampada on Mysore Road is a new launch.

Land needs its own checks. Confirm which authority approved the layout and ask to see the approved plan with your plot marked on it. Read the RERA filing for the date roads, drains, water and power are due. At KNS Aura, the only date we hold is a July 2030 RERA completion date, so ask the developer for its own handover plan. Check the title and khata of the specific plot, not just the layout. Ask whether electricity and water connections are included in the plot price or charged later, and whether there is a club or park fee.

Plot sizes run from small 20x30 sites to 40x60 sites, and starting prices go from about Rs. 30 Lakhs to Rs. 92.6 Lakhs. The smaller sites suit a first-time buyer who plans to build later. The larger ones suit a family planning an independent house or an investor holding land.
