Buying from Ramky Estates in Bangalore means choosing between apartment projects at very different stages. Ramky Estates has a finished township in Electronic City, a tower under construction on Hosa Road, a ready-to-move project in Whitefield and a pre-launch in Thanisandra. Every project on our list is an apartment community.

The company is based in Hyderabad and is part of a wider group known for infrastructure and waste management work. Its oldest Bangalore project on our list is Ramky One Carnival in Electronic City, handed over from December 2019, with a later phase completed from March 2025. Ramky Lumina on Hosa Road has 729 homes on 7 acres, with possession from 2027. Ramky Fortuna in Whitefield covers 11 acres.

Before you book, check the RERA number for the phase you are buying. For the Thanisandra pre-launch, marketed under a code name, ask for the registration before paying any token amount. Fortuna is marked ready to move but carries a possession date in 2027, so ask which towers are finished today. Get the full cost sheet, with parking, GST, club charges and the maintenance deposit.

For resale in the older Electronic City phase, ask about the monthly maintenance and the state of common facilities. A walk around a finished Ramky tower tells you more about finish quality than any brochure.

Prices start from about Rs. 23 Lakhs for older homes in Electronic City and go up to about Rs. 2.15 Crore for the 3 and 3.5 BHK homes planned at Thanisandra. Most projects offer 1, 2 and 3 BHK homes, which suits first-time buyers and young families. The Thanisandra launch is aimed at buyers who want a bigger home.
