Most of what SNN Raj Corp builds in Bangalore lies south of the city centre. Hosur Road, Bannerghatta Road, Begur Road, Haralur Road, Electronic City Phase 2 and Banashankari carry nearly all of its projects. The exceptions are in the north, at Hebbal and Rachenahalli. Everything in our listings is apartments, from 1.5 BHK homes to 8 BHK duplexes.

Founded in 1994 and based in Bengaluru, the firm has a solid delivered record to judge it by. SNN Raj Greenbay in Electronic City Phase 2 was handed over in 2017, SNN Raj Spiritua in Banashankari in 2018 and SNN Raj Etternia on Haralur Road in 2019. SNN Clermont in Hebbal and SNN Raj Grandeur on Hosur Road followed. Current construction includes High Gardens on Hosur Road and Serenity Gardens on Begur Road.

You can use that record before booking. Visit a finished SNN community near the project you like, and compare its original promised date with the actual handover. For an ongoing project, confirm the RERA number and completion date for your tower; High Gardens, for instance, lists possession from April 2028. Ask for a cost sheet with parking, club membership and GST shown line by line, especially on premium units where those charges add up.

The price range is unusually wide, so it helps to know which end you are shopping at. Families after a 2 or 3 BHK can start with SNN Raj High Gardens or SNN Estates Felicity in Rachenahalli, both priced from roughly Rs. 81 Lakhs to Rs. 82 Lakhs. Serenity Gardens on Begur Road starts near Rs. 1.33 Crore.

At the luxury end, SNN Raj Bay Vista on Bannerghatta Road and SNN Duomont on Hosur Road offer large homes from about Rs. 3.7 Crore to Rs. 4.27 Crore, with 5 BHK and duplex options. SNN Raj Viviente, also on Bannerghatta Road, lists 4 BHK residences with a maid's room from about Rs. 6.43 Crore.
