Want room to build a house near the airport without leaving the Bangalore market? This village lies just off Bellary Road, NH-44, between Yelahanka and the turning for Kempegowda International Airport. Its neighbour is the Embassy Boulevard villa estate. Over the past decade the farmland here has turned into large gated villa and plotted layouts. Buyers come for airport access and for plot sizes the inner northern suburbs cannot match.

The project on this page is Sammy's Beverly Hills by Sammy's Dreamland Co., a gated layout of villa plots. It was developed in two phases and is complete, so roads and services are already laid. The developer's inventory is sold out, which means any plot now comes from an existing owner. Buying in a finished layout lets you see neighbours' houses, drainage and road quality before you pay. Getting around depends on the highway. Bellary Road runs south to Yelahanka and Hebbal, and north to the airport turn-off. The office parks and airport along the corridor are the main employers within reach. Daily shopping and services are mostly in Yelahanka, so expect to drive for errands. The trade for that drive is space, greenery and far less traffic on your own street than in the inner north.

Check that the khata is in the seller's name and that property tax is paid up. Ask the owners' association about maintenance charges, rules on building height and design, and any pending dues. Find out how water reaches each plot and whether a sewage connection is available. If you plan to build soon, confirm the approvals you will need from the local authority.
