If you work in the Whitefield office parks but want to be a little nearer the city, Hoodi is a practical place to start. This East Bangalore locality was once a village and is now part of the Whitefield belt, close to Whitefield railway station. Its market tends to track Whitefield's, with the edge of being closer to town. Buyers who search for apartments in Hoodi are usually weighing Whitefield's jobs against the KR Puram side of the commute.
