With Arvind Smartspaces in Bangalore, the choice is mostly about which side of the city suits you. Its earlier projects are in the north, in Hebbal, Jakkur and Yelahanka, and on Tumkur Road. A 2031 handover means a long wait, so link your payments to construction stages. For the Devanahalli plots, confirm the layout approval, khata and whether roads and water lines are ready. If you are buying in a completed northern project, visit and speak to residents about maintenance and water supply.

Listed prices start at about Rs. 65 Lakhs in Yelahanka and reach about Rs. 2.4 Crore for the larger homes at Forest Trails. First-time buyers will find two-bedroom flats in the completed northern projects. Families moving up can compare three- and four-bedroom homes on Bannerghatta Road and Sarjapura Road. Forest Trails, with only five-bedroom homes, suits buyers with a premium budget who want space above all.
