Its capacity is the weak point: this is a connecting road rather than a main artery, and traffic builds when both corridors are busy. Drive it at the hour you would actually commute before committing.

A possession date years away means more years of paying EMI alongside rent, and more exposure to construction delays, so read the RERA completion date and the builder's delay clauses closely. Check that the approach road to the site is public and built to full width. Ask how water will be supplied once the towers are occupied, and whether the project depends on tankers in its early years.
