Buying from Pride Group in Bangalore mostly means buying something already built. Almost every Pride project we list is complete, and one more, Pride KR Puram on Old Madras Road, is marked ready to move. The builder's work leans south, around Jigani, Bannerghatta Road and Kanakapura Road, with further projects on Hennur Road, Mysore Road and Tumkur Road.

The company is based in Pune and builds in Mumbai as well as Bangalore. Its Bangalore list mixes apartments with plotted land and a villa project. Jigani is its busiest pocket, with Pride Rolling Hills and Pride Crosswinds offering plots across several phases. Pride Wilasa on Kanakapura Road, handed over in 2016, is among its older completed apartment projects.

With finished stock, the checks change. Ask for the occupancy certificate for apartments and the approved layout plan and khata for plots, and confirm the RERA number where one applies. Some Pride entries carry possession dates that are still ahead even though the project is listed as complete, so confirm with the builder whether the unit you want is ready now. Get the full cost sheet, including maintenance, parking and any corpus fund.

If a phase is sold out, ask whether resale units are available, and check the owners' association and the monthly maintenance before you buy.

Price points vary a lot. At the low end, Pride Sunrise in Jigani starts at about Rs. 25 Lakhs for 1 and 2 BHK homes, which suits first-time buyers moving on from renting. At the top, Pride Wilasa offers 3 BHK duplexes from about Rs. 2.09 Crore. Plot buyers can choose 30 x 40 and 30 x 50 sites, most starting between Rs. 37 Lakhs and Rs. 83 Lakhs.
