Chennai's Outer Ring Road is a road rather than a neighbourhood, so apartments in Outer Ring Road are best judged by which radial road they are near. The highway curves around the city, with one end at Vandalur and the other at Minjur. Along the way it crosses each of the main roads that lead out of Chennai. Its value lies in joining those corridors, which lets you move between them without going through the centre.

It is under construction, with 2 and 3 BHK flats. No price or possession date has been published yet. A township of this scale is built in phases, so the tower you book may be ready years before or after other parts of the site.

The ring road gives you quick access to the radial corridors, but daily life depends on the local roads near the project. Check how the site connects to the ring road and which exits you would use for work. Drive the route at the busy hour. Ask what buses run nearby and how far the closest shops, schools and clinics are.

Large phased projects bring particular checks. Ask which phase your tower belongs to and its own TNRERA registration number. Get the promised handover date for that phase in writing, and compare it with the builder's past record. Ask which amenities will be ready when you move in and which come later. Confirm how water will be supplied to so many homes. Request a cost sheet listing every charge, including parking, maintenance deposits and club fees.
