For Vasavi Skyla, the developer quotes December 2026 plus a six-month grace period, while listings say November 2027, so ask which date the registration holds.

For getting around, the main advantage is how close you are to HITEC City and Gachibowli, where most residents work. The metro nearby adds a second option when roads are jammed. Check the walking or auto distance from your chosen project to the station before relying on it.

The trade-offs come with density. Traffic at office hours can be heavy even on short trips, and visitor parking is often tight. New supply is limited, so you may find yourself choosing between a few new towers and older resale flats. For any ongoing project, check its entry on the TS-RERA portal. For a completed or resale home, ask for the occupancy certificate, the association's maintenance charges and any pending dues. Ask how the building gets water and whether it relies on tankers in summer. Compare the price per square foot of carpet area rather than the headline price, since layouts vary widely.
