About Financial District
Is a short walk to the office worth more to you than an established neighbourhood? The Financial District was planned as a business zone at Nanakramguda in western Hyderabad, and it lies between Gachibowli and Kokapet. Banks, consulting firms and technology companies run large campuses along the Outer Ring Road here. Buyers looking at flats in Financial District are mostly people who work in those campuses and want to cut the commute down to minutes. Homes here are built among the offices, so expect a working district rather than a quiet residential quarter.
Every residential listing here is an apartment, and the formats are large: 3 BHK and 4 BHK only. ASBL has the widest presence, with ASBL Spectra already complete and ASBL Loft and ASBL Broadway under construction. Myscape Songs of the Sun is also being built, while Aurum by Sree Varaaha and Nova by Raghava are new launches quoting possession from 2031. Starting prices run from about Rs. 1.69 Crore to Rs. 3.84 Crore. SAS Diamond Towers is an office building, listed for investors rather than home buyers.
The Outer Ring Road is the spine of daily travel, and it links the district to the rest of the western corridor. A metro line from Raidurg to Kokapet has been proposed through this area, but it has not yet been approved, so do not count on it when you plan your commute. For now, a car or office shuttle is how most residents get around.
Most homes here are years from handover, so the builder's record matters more than the brochure. Check each project on the TS-RERA portal and compare the registered completion date with the sales promise. Very large towers mean many neighbours, busy lifts and shared amenities, so ask about lift counts and parking per home. Find out how water is supplied and what the maintenance charge will be once the association takes over. Weekends can feel empty in an office district, so visit on a Sunday as well as on a weekday.
For comparison, look at Gachibowli and Kokapet, the two localities on either side of the district.
